Calucie is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Calucie! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Calucie app and services. By using Calucie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Calucie is a productivity app that combines a calculator with a notepad, folders, and tabbed calculations. It's designed to help users organize their thoughts, solve problems, and streamline their workflow.

2. Accounts

To use Calucie, you may be required to create an account using your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Free and Pro Versions

Calucie offers:

  • A Free version with core functionality.
  • A Pro version with premium features such as custom tables, exporting, sharing, and more.

The Pro version is a monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use Calucie for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or tamper with the app.
  • Interfere with our systems or other users' experience.

5. Limitation of Liability

Calucie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
